David Kristal

Chief Executive Officer

With over 15 years of experience developing and building businesses in the retail, marketing and sponsorship industries, David brings proven leadership, enthusiasm and a unique focus to the Augeo team as they drive accelerated growth and client program innovation. David began his career at a boutique Twin Cities law firm, left the firm to create and run the business development function at a large, privately held transaction management company handling more than $500 million annually, and landed in 1998 in his family restaurant business to lead its turnaround. It was here where Augeo was born, with its first clients coming from the foodservice industry.

David earned his BS in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and his JD from Stanford Law School. David is a "work and workout-aholic", and when away from the office and airports, cherishes time with his family.

Robert J. Dow

Founder and President - Perks, "PerksCard"

Bob Dow is the Founder and President of Perks, home of the "PerksCard". Over the last 20+ years Bob has worked with over 700 major Corporations, Hospitals, Universities and Alumni Associations creating programs designed to save people money on the things they use everyday. Some of Bob's clients include Starbucks, The State Employees Association of North Carolina, The State of South Carolina and Harrah's. Bob travels the country speaking to groups on topics ranging from sales to saving money. Bob earned a BA from SUNY Geneseo with a major in Political Science and a minor in English. He is an avid skier, exercise fanatic, husband and father of two amazing children who share his love for skiing.

Brian Albert

Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development

With over 15 years of affinity marketing experience, Brian leads Augeo's business development efforts with a passion for identifying new opportunities and negotiating strategic partnerships. As a co-founder of NASCAR RacePoints, Brian helped design and launch the sports industry's first coalition rewards program by forging relationships with over 20 Official NASCAR sponsors, including Bank of America, DirecTV, Domino's, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, NASCAR.COM Superstore, Sony and Sunoco. Previously at Digitas, Brian led a cross-functional team responsible for all of Pontiac-GMC's event marketing, sponsorships, promotions and partnerships.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Juris Doctor from The George Washington University. When not checking his blackberry, Brian's "other" passions include running marathons and competing in Ironman triathlons.

Thorp Foster

Executive Vice President, Points-Based Rewards Programs

With over 15 years of integrated direct marketing experience, Thorp is responsible for designing and delivering innovative, data-driven marketing services to Augeo's clients. As a co-founder and President of NASCAR RacePoints, Thorp built the integrated marketing foundation, including the program website, email marketing strategy, rewards platform and several advertising/promotional campaigns. Prior to RacePoints, Thorp was a senior marketing and operations executive at First USA Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Exchange Solutions, and two internet start-ups.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Thorp is a nationally ranked tennis player, a novice surfer, and the father of two rapidly growing boys.

Kreg Hall

Executive Vice President, Information Technology

Kreg has over 15 years experience in technical leadership positions in the software, construction, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and coalition / loyalty industries. Along with building strong technical teams, Kreg has managed large programs to small projects including ERP implementations, Business Process Management, Affinity and Rewards programs.

Kreg graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems. Time outside of work is spent with his wife and 3 kids enjoying all outdoor activities.

Danny Kristal

Vice President, Operations

Danny plays an important role in the day to day operations of Threads, Augeo's promotional apparel and merchandise company. Danny also manages Augeo's field operations and Member Services teams. Prior to coming to Augeo, Danny owned and operated a commercial general contracting company, Arkay Construction Company, for 8 years with average gross sales over $20 million per year.

Danny graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics before earning his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Outside of enjoying his three kid's activities, Danny enjoys snowboarding, waterskiing and fishing.

Juan Sabater

Principal

Juan joined Augeo in June 2006 as an investor and officer in the Company. He supports and leads Augeo's development team in identifying and developing new client relationships, as well as in other administrative functions. Juan is a majority shareholder and the President/CEO of Threads, a provider of promotional apparel and merchandise. Prior to joining the Augeo team, Juan worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Managing Director in the Firm's Investment Banking Division. As a part of the IBD team, he held several positions, including membership in the Division's private equity coverage group, the Division's senior management team, and as a coverage and execution banker for clients in Latin America.

Juan is on the Board of several organizations in New York City, including The Frick Collection, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House and Repertorio Espanol. He sits on the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School and on the Advisory Board of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. He was appointed by President George Bush to President's Advisory Council on the Arts for the John F. Kennedy Performing Arts Center. Juan attended Princeton University, Mansfield College, Oxford, and Stanford Law School.

Mark Chibbaro

President, Augeo Affinity Insurance Services

With over 25 years of experience in the retail insurance and sponsored market benefits industries, Mark brings leadership that drives strategic development and delivery of proprietary employee and member driven platforms. He began his career at a privately held insurance practice in the New York Metro area which left he in 2001 to build an Affinity Insurance Benefits Company which acquired and enhanced a unique delivery mechanism, The PerksCard which is integrated at hundreds of organizations such as: Rite Aid, SONY, Starbucks, and The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Citing the incredible synergy of core competencies and Augeo's proven track record of driving business success across same-set business solutions: Mark joined the Augeo team in May of 2008.

Mark attended the University of Southern California and Manhattanville College earning his BA in 1983. His most cherished moments are those spent with his wife and three children and serving others less fortunate. Mark is an aviation enthusiast, golfer, grey haired surfer, and workaholic.

Douglas Gahagan

Vice President, Development

Douglas is responsible for developing, structuring and enhancing the coalition partner networks for Augeo's existing and targeted clients. Douglas also works extensively with Augeo Benefits to further enhance its healthcare insurance offerings and programs. Douglas played a strategic role in establishing Augeo Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. and continues to assist with integrating its insurance products and services throughout Augeo Affinity Marketing's programs and divisions.

Prior to joining Augeo, Douglas worked for 9 years at American International Group (AIG), in the company's Environmental Division. Douglas has significant experience structuring complex deals and developing multi-million dollar risk-transfer solutions through underwriting analysis, contract development and policy negotiation. At AIG, Douglas worked closely with Fortune 100 corporations, national law firms, private equity firms, developers, divisions of state and federal government and REITs. Douglas earned his Bachelor of Arts from Union College in Schenectady, NY.

Tim Miller

President, Augeo Benefits

Having 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Tim has spent the last 10 years concentrating in healthcare and insurance marketplace. Tim has developed and implemented direct response campaigns for 6 of the 10 ten largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Additionally, he was responsible for the development and roll-out of successful telephonic sales and marketing program for the largest senior HMO in the United States. This experience was vital to the formation and success of BenefitProtect (Now Augeo Benefits). Prior to co-founding BenefitProtect Tim was Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Kronos, The Optimal Health Company.

Tim graduated from James Madison University in 1988 with a BS in Marketing. When not working, he enjoys time with his family or hiking the mountain trails around Phoenix.
