About the Program

Augeo created and now manages a member affinity website and database for the largest nurses association, representing over 675,000 nurses. Primarily designed to provide discounts and benefits to end users, the program also generates additional core insurance business and create a new revenue stream through partner transactions. The programs tracks purchases at the individual customer level to be able to report back to each member how much they have spent and how much they have saved. Reports show detailed shopping patterns and relevant web statistics that tie back to the program marketing plan which is primarily email based and now moving to mobile.

The program generated 80,000 registered users in the first 6 months and average member savings per transaction is $16.00. Augeo has doubled the number of national partners to 28 active partners and survey of registered members showed that 85% of NSO Marketplace users would recommend it to a friend.
