A top mobile carrier known for celebrating their brand and team sought to deliver a surprise-and-delight employee gifting experience through a standalone digital platform.

Challenge

The carrier wanted to drive engagement and boost moral with an expression of gratitude for exceptional employee contributions and sacrifices throughout the pandemic.

Solution

Through our scalable platform, we create a compelling engagement experience for employees, providing them with the choice of 285 gift options. In addition to customizing and implementing the technology platform for a high-volume base, we developed and ran a communications plan for the program. Employees were also encouraged to share the experience across social media, generating excitement and employee advocacy.
