Adrienne Pooley is Vice President of Growth Marketing at Augeo, where she leads enterprise-wide marketing efforts designed to accelerate growth across brand, demand, and go-to-market strategy. With over two decades of experience spanning media, agencies, and startups, Adrienne has a passion for blending strategic clarity with creative thinking and real-world execution.

She launched her career in the Los Angeles television world at Fox and iHeartMedia before moving on to roles at CBS, creative agencies, and venture-backed companies. Her work has focused on building brands, delivering storytelling that moves the needle, and connecting marketing efforts directly to business outcomes. Adrienne currently serves on the board of Naturally Minnesota and previously held the role of Board Chair for the 4A’s. She is a proud graduate of San Diego State University.

Outside the office, Adrienne is an avid foodie, a frequent traveler, and the proud owner of two fluffy dogs who resemble Muppets more than pets. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter – especially at the beach, and is always on the hunt for her next great bite.
