Ben is the President, Co-founder, and Chief Product Officer of Kigo, where he leads product and technology strategy, planning, and execution for the company. A successful serial entrepreneur and digital innovator Ben focuses on elevating omnichannel customer experiences from transactional to emotional, while reimagining traditional cost centers as powerful sources of revenue. His teams leverage advanced agentic AI, data and open ecosystem architectures to help enterprise brands and loyalty programs build "audience of one" relationships that deliver measurable business results.

Prior to Kigo, Ben held senior leadership roles at Amazon, where he led Worldwide Deals and Outbound Marketing, managing complex global platforms and architecting AI-driven personalization strategies generating billions in revenue growing at double digit rates year-over-year. Previously, as Vice President at Starbucks, Ben built and led the Global Digital Products organization responsible for digital products strategy and execution. During his tenure, he engineered the launch of the industry-defining Mobile Order and Pay, generating over $1B in first-year revenue, and debuted "MyBarista," a pioneering conversational commerce AI interface. A recognized thought leader who has written for leading publications and spoken at major industry events, Ben holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. with distinction from Colorado College.

In addition to his professional work, Ben is an active board leader with a strong commitment to mission-driven organizations. In addition to serving on the Kigo Board of Directors, Ben is past-President of the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) Board of Trustees in Seattle. Prior to that, Ben spent six years on the Seattle Children's Home Board of Directors, two as President, and earlier in his career also served on the Board of Directors of the King County Crisis Clinic.
