Huldah joined Augeo in 2021 and leads the company’s People function, overseeing HR/People Operations, Culture, and Engagement.

Huldah has built the People infrastructure and processes that have scaled alongside the business and evolved through periods of growth and change. She focuses on how teams think, collaborate, and navigate complex challenges, and is deeply committed to hiring for cognitive diversity as a strategic driver of performance and innovation.

With deep HR experience across nonprofit, for-profit, and agency environments, Huldah brings a practical, people-centered perspective to designing systems that enable performance at scale.

Outside of work, Huldah’s joy stems from a good book and time spent with her husband and daughters.
