Laura Poulson serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Augeo Rewards, where she leads the operational strategy and execution for the organization’s rapidly evolving rewards business. With more than 25 years of experience in information technology and project management, Laura has built her career overseeing complex initiatives, managing technical teams, and guiding developers and IT resources to deliver scalable, highimpact solutions. In her current role, Laura focuses on the operational performance of the Augeo Rewards business, She is known for her ability to balance strategic vision with operational rigor, ensuring seamless delivery, process optimization, and exceptional client experiences.

Outside of work, Laura loves to entertain and is happiest hosting dinner parties for friends and family — when she’s not outside playing frisbee with her energetic border collie.
